					U.S. Masters Swimming (USMS) is a recognized NGB by FINA, the global governing body for aquatics. Our mission is to promote health, fitness, wellness and competition through aquatics. We do this by partnering with more than 1,000 local facilities such as YMCAs, universities, and community pools to offer adult swimming programs. We sanction more than 500 swim meets, open water events, clinics, and fitness type programs. We are a self governed registered 501(c)3 non-profit corporation. Membership is our primary source of revenue. In 2009 we grew membership 11% and topped&amp;nbsp;50,000 members for the first time. U.S. Masters Swimming is evolving from an all volunteer operated organization to one that has a professional staff to implement our strategic plan. The Controller plays a significant role in the operation of USMS. The&amp;nbsp;position is responsible for operation of the corporate financial aspects of the organization. The&amp;nbsp;position will work directly with the Executive Director and be responsible for preparing all&amp;nbsp;financial information, making recommendations and carrying out Controller responsibilities that&amp;nbsp;best serve the organization. This position will be located in company headquarters in Sarasota.

Compensation

USA Diving is calling for experienced diving coaches that have coached high level athletes to apply for the position of Junior National Training Center Coach.
Assignments include but are not necessarily limited to: Coaching, Coach and Athlete Identification and Teaching.
The JNTC coach will serve in various capacities and will work under the direction of the National Training Center Director/Head Coach and USA Diving High Performance Director to provide technical support and to contribute to the development, training, and preparation of athletes at the training center, as well as work with identified junior athletes and coaches in the junior programs nationwide.
