Administration/General Management: Administrative/Executive Assistant
Center Inspection Coordinator - United States Bowling Congress (Arlington, TX)

USBC is seeking a talented Center Inspection Coordinator to join our team. This dedicated individual will be responsible for all matters in lane inspections, certifications, and lane dressing inspections. The Center Inspection Coordinator will support all customer issues pertaining to lane dressing and center certification inspections along with updating training curriculums and occasionally conducting training classes for local association lane inspectors. This individual will be responsible for making the final determination for annual dressing inspection reports while maintaining or updating various forms and procedure manuals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Coordinate the certification and inspection process with the local association managers
  • Verify that all centers are certified annually and in a timely manner
  • Gather, enter, and track certification and lane inspection data
  • Produce monthly letter for distribution listing non-certified and pending centers
  • Maintain detailed records for over 4,000 certified bowling centers
  • Advise and support local associations and bowling centers in certification and lane dressing inspection procedures
  • Review center certification status for award scores
  • Oversee annual lane man award (JJ Award)
  • Compose E-news articles to promote certification process
  • Read lane tapes, calibrate lane tools and equipment, issue certificates, update center information and record data
  • Create and implement continuous improvements in the certification process
  • Serve as subject matter expert regarding lane dressing and certification inspections
  • Update lane inspection forms and instructional manuals, supply forms, and develop committee reports
  • Assist teammates within the department

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate; Bachelor’s Degree a plus
  • Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent decision-making and interpretation of policies. Able to make recommendations and accept accountability for decisions made
  • Must be able to follow complex time-lines and stay up-to-date with many certification related processes

The International Bowling Museum and Hall of Fame seeks a part-time gift shop associate. Primary duties include customer service and hospitality to all International Bowling Museum and Hall of Fame guests.  Assist guests in purchasing Museum admissions, answer guest questions, handle cash and cash register reports and perform Museum opening/closing duties.  This part time position is 8 to 14.5 hours per week and includes Saturday and Sunday shifts.

Graphic Design Specialist - IBC Youth Bowling, Inc. (Arlington, TX)

The Graphic Design Specialist is responsible for creating quality high-end assets across a wide range of marketing and communication materials. The individual works on projects from concepts to completion, producing advertising assets, magazines, brochures, marketing collateral, interactive content, environmental/venue graphics and assisting with brand strategy. This position requires someone well versed in the principals of design and typography – within the realm of corporate and brand identity.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with program managers to effectively design and deliver all materials as requested
  • Design print, digital, environmental, web, email, social and other forms of marketing materials promoting all youth development brands and programs
  • Aid in delivering sales and sponsorship collateral by creating attention-grabbing presentations, sell sheets, and desired content
  • Coordinate and communicate with external vendors regarding any design related questions including approval of press proofs
  • Assist across other departments with design projects in business categories such as Nascar, beer, chocolate, and other consumer facing brands for Strike Ten Entertainment
  • Work within project management systems (Robohead, Asana)
  • Assist with the daily and weekly posts for social platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat)
  • Assist with the planning and execution of social campaigns across all youth programming that delivers compelling content and grow user engagement (Hootsuite, Simply Measured)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Troubleshoots systemic issues, documenting issues and resolving complex problems to completion
  • Proactively mitigates risk to ensure that all information system products and services meet organization standards and end user requirements

We are seeking a Senior Brand Integration Manager to join our team.   This position will be responsible for leading marketing strategy and tactical execution of key USBC brand campaigns and programs. This position requires strong strategic skills with an emphasis on the ability to formulate ideas for the strategic direction of marketing, promotion, and operational strategies.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead execution for USBC brand programs including championship tournaments, VIP programs, fan and member engagement programs, and branded apparel and merchandise
  • Development, planning and execution of marketing campaigns that grow participation and drive revenue for USBC Championship Tournaments (Open Championships, Women’s Championships)
  • Oversee marketing for tournament affinity programs (VIP programs, tournament captain/coordinator incentives, and experiential packages)
  • Deliver innovative marketing campaigns and demand generation tactics, leveraging both digital (display ad, email, mobile, social, marketing automation) and traditional (direct mail, print, in-venue signage, outbound calls) marketing channels
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators for marketing initiatives, providing update weekly and monthly reports, and adjusting or course corrections as needed
  • Assist in leading cross-functional marketing initiatives across marketing department verticals as well as cross-functional teams within the organization
  • Manage projects with the creative team including production of marketing materials, including website content, display ads, print collateral, and videos
